Payment models

ProxSoft is opened to negotiate preferable project payment models with a customer.

We offer project outsourcing services on the basis of the following models:

• Fixed price (FP)
• Time and material (T&M)
• Time and material with a budgetary limit
• Combination of the above

Environment and structure

ProxSoft is proficient working in distributed multilingual project environments. We are ready to establish collaboration processes integrating distributed teams, 3rd party vendors and subcontractors into clear-cut project workflow.

ProxSoft can support Onsite, Offshore and Combined staff approach.

If customer has its own established delivery process, we will be fully integrated into this process, including project communication, schedules, collaboration tools, documentation, and other rules.

Legal aspects

Our services are based on multilingual MSA. ProxSoft signs NDAs with both customer and each employee to ensure customer's IP rights protection.
