Maxim Chernykh

Chief Executive Officer

Maxim is the founder and CEO of ProxSoft. He is ultimately responsible for all corporate business strategy and operations. In addition to ProxSoft.
Maxim has built and led a number of other successful IT ventures, including Antiq.Info, the largest B2C portal in the former USSR dedicated to the Russian antique business, which incorporates e-commerce, e-procurement, knowledge management and media/publishing solutions.
Maxim holds a PhD in Computer Science.

Dmitry Dolotovskikh

Chief Technology Officer

Dmitry has served as a CTO at ProxSoft since the company's expansion. His technical skills and solid experience ensure the efficiency and reliability of ProxSoft services.
Prior to joining ProxSoft Dmitry played key roles in projects of Saxo Soft, the IT development center of Saxo Bank (Denmark). During the last ten years Dmitry gained professional experience working in US, Danish, Norwegian and Russian software development companies.
Dmitry holds a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics, and acquired extended professional education in the telecommunication field in Silicon Valley, U.S.

Igor Bodarevski

Director, Sales & Delivery

Igor has been a Director of Sales and Delivery at ProxSoft since the company's expansion. He supervises corporate sales and project management activities. Igor has over thirteen years of experience in the IT industry, and six years of experience in project management and sales in the IT field.
Prior to joining ProxSoft Igor led the Telecom Corporate Practices division and managed key accounts of strategic customers at DataArt, a leading provider of high-end software outsourcing services in the United States.
He participated in the ISO 9001 corporate certification program.
Igor holds a Master of Science in Computer Science, and received extended professional education in the quality assurance field in Solothurn, Switzerland.
