Process and delivery model

ProxSoft offers flexible engagement, communication and delivery models to meet each client's specific goals, strategies and preferences. Our project managers, consultants and engineers are trained to adapt to procedures tailored to fit your vision and your custom needs.
At the outset of each venture a project manager will be assigned whose first tasks will be to develop a strong communication model, and to coordinate with the client to perform a comprehensive needs assessment.
Carefully planned measures will then be implemented to integrate our systems and procedures into your delivery and quality management processes, and to develop a solid working relationship with your own in-house personnel or IT department. ProxSoft's guiding principle is to have the customer feel he is working with a department or group within his own company, and not with some faraway third party vendor.
The dedicated project manager's ongoing responsibility will be to work intimately with you to synchronize expectations and results, provide maximum transparency and ensure accountability.
From needs assessment and project planning, to technical support and maintenance, ProxSoft offer full-cycle solutions. We have launched a unique partnership program, which seeks challenging innovations in the IT area. We have developed a network of IT and software professionals throughout Eastern Europe and beyond that allows us to be on the cutting edge of computer science. Our wide network of partners allows ProxSoft to easily involve subcontractors to accomplish projects where some rare skills are required.

Communication model

Establishing an efficient communication model is paramount to the success of any offshore outsourcing project. The first step in any collaboration will be to develop and implement custom designed communication channels that ensure that our clients are involved in each step of the development process. Requirements will be clearly defined, and English speaking project managers and engineers will be available throughout the entire process.
ProxSoft is capable of employing a wide range of communication tools and technologies that will be integrated with your own in-house model. Our communications systems are meticulously designed for full proof security and IP rights protection.

Staffing

ProxSoft has created a unique Human Resource Monitoring Program that assures a constant supply of qualified professionals able to meet any technical challenge, regardless of the scope and size of the project. Our engineers are carefully screened and tested and hold Masters or PhD degrees from the most prestigious Russian universities and engineering schools. We compliment our young talent with experienced senior staff recruited from well established IT and software companies, taking full advantage of their many years of practical experience.
Our recruitment department continuously builds to our *bank* of talent, affording us and our clients a wide network of proven professionals. This allows us to staff project teams without delay with engineers who have appropriate skills and experience.
We train our specialists to be flexible and versatile. Most of them are familiar with a combination of platforms, programming languages and technologies, allowing us to achieve outstanding efficiency in working with complicated task-switching workflow.
All project managers and most of our personnel can communicate in English and be involved in the mature documentation and communication flow.

Executive team

ProxSoft is led by our veteran executive management team, with a combined 40 years of experience in the software development industry. Clients and staff alike benefit from their considerable professional employment histories, having held key positions in US, Danish, Norwegian and Russian SW development companies. All members have a PhD or MS in Computer Science or Applied Mathematics, and have experience working with certified quality management processes.
